Fajita Chimichanga

Flour tortilla stuffed with grilled chicken or steak, onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Deep fried to a golden brown, smothered with cheese sauce and garnished with lettuce, sour cream, and pico de gallo. Served with Mexican rice and refried beans.
